Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Land Agility handles information collected through the Land Agility marketing website, including the Contact page. Information handled through the Land Agility application may also be subject to account or service terms presented during signup.

Information we collect

When you submit the Contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, company, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, message, and optional marketing preference.

We may also receive campaign attribution included in the page address, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term values. Our privacy-focused analytics service processes aggregate website activity, including pages viewed, referring sources, campaign attribution, broad device and browser information, and country-level location. Our systems and service providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and request or correlation identifiers.

How we use information

• Review and respond to inquiries, demo requests, product questions, support requests, and partnership messages.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and inquiry service.
• Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and investigate service failures.
• Send product updates only when you affirmatively select the optional marketing preference.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and property.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to host and operate the website, understand aggregate website performance, process inquiry requests, and deliver email. Plausible Analytics provides cookieless, aggregate website and campaign reporting. The Contact API sends inquiry messages through Postmark to a monitored Land Agility mailbox. If bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. These providers process information on our behalf for the services they supply.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not state that we sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing website uses Plausible Analytics without cookies, local storage, cross-site advertising identifiers, or user profiles. Analytics events do not include Contact-form values or other information you type into the website. We do not currently deploy advertising pixels or retargeting technology. Essential hosting and security systems may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver and protect the service. If advertising or other consent-based tracking is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before it is enabled.

Retention

We retain contact information and messages while needed for the business relationship, to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the relationship and information.

Your choices and requests

You are not required to provide a phone number or agree to marketing communications to submit an inquiry. You may ask to stop marketing communications at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

Security and international processing

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in locations other than where you live, subject to their service arrangements and applicable law.

Children

The marketing website and Land Agility business services are not directed to children. Do not submit personal information through the Contact form if you are not permitted to do so under applicable law.
